Fenny Drayton Composting Site Petition

To: Head of Planning, Leicestershire County Council

We the undersigned object to plans to put a composting site near to Fenny Drayton. We are concerned that the plans will put more lorries on overstretched local roads. We are also concerned that the site could give off noxious smells and be a biohazard.
