Class Size Concerns

March 13, 2007 1:25 PM

50% of parents told the Lib Dem survey team that they were concerned about class sizes and would like more teachers.

"Leicestershire remains the worst funded education authority in the country," says Burbage Lib Dem youth spokesman Adrian Smith.

60% also support Liberal Democrat proposals to abolish student tuition fees in England. Student fees have already been abolished by the Lib Dems in the Scottish Parliament.
