Councillors call for grass verge action

March 7, 2013 3:56 PM

Councillors David Bill (Lib Dem: Hinckley Clarendon) and Michael Mullaney (Lib Dem: Hinckley Trinity) were recently contacted by local residents about the poor state of the grass verges along Roston Drive in Hinckley. Roston Drive is the first road on the Hollycroft Estate that people see when driving in from the A5. It needs to look good."

David Bill said "We've contacted County Highways and they have agreed to get the verges sorted out. The work had to be done but we now need to know when the re-instatement work is planned."
