Councillor asks for clean up of well used jitty

31 Jan 2011

Cllr Stuart Bray (Lib Dem, Hinckley Castle Ward) has asked for a well used jitty in the town centre to get cleaned up. The walkway between Priesthills Road and Mount Road is used by many people walking to the town centre.

Cllr Bray said, "The area has become untidy with litter, fallen leaves and graffiti. I have asked Council Officers to give it a thorough spring clean. If anyone knows of any other 'grot spots' in need of attention they should let the Council know."
