Fighting for British Jobs

9 Apr 2014

Since 2010 Lib Dem policies have helped create over a million private sector jobs and a record rise in apprenticeships.

  • The Lib Dems have delivered more than 2500 apprenticeships here in Bosworth since 2010.
  • The Lib Dems are leading the fight to stay in the EU - over 3 million UK jobs depend on it.
  • Locally, Lib Dem Councillors have worked hard to bring over 5000 jobs to the area - many of these were opposed by the Conservatives!

Leaving the EU would damange the local economy and put 8590 jobs at risk here in HInckley & Bosworth. EU membership gives Britain more strength in negotiating trade deals with global players like India and China. Here in Hinckley & Bosworth, Lib Dem Councillors have brought 5000 new jobs to the area.

Bill Newton Dunn MEP, Michael Mullaney and the Lib Dems are working to protect and create jobs across HInckley & Bosworth and the rest of Britain.
