The Lib Dem Mayor of Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, Lynda Hodgkins, would like to formally invite people across HInckley & Bosworth to a 'Charity Casino Evening' in support the Mayor's charity at the Sketchley Grange on the 12th October. The team have put together a fun evening and have worked extremely hard at ensuring the night will be a success. It is a fun night including a three course meal; Casino tables (no money required, all played with 'funny money' - and you get £100 to start you off!); Music & disco; and a local celebrity and male model has agreed to help on the night too - all for just £28! Hinckley County Councillor Michael Mullaney has welcomed the news that from September 2014 all infant school pupils including 21,900 in Leicestershire will benefit from a free hot and healthy meal at lunchtime.
